2. Website and Service Use

Republiq provides lead-generation strategy, campaign infrastructure, conversion, lead-handling, reporting, and related professional services. Website content is general information and does not create a client relationship or binding service commitment.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, obtain unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or use our content in violation of another person's rights.

3. Proposals, Scope, and Client Responsibilities

Any engagement is governed by a separately accepted proposal, statement of work, order form, or services agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their offers, audience criteria, claims, customer data, contact lists, consent records, account access, and sales follow-up. We may pause work that appears unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with an approved scope.

4. Fees and Payment

Pricing, media spend, software charges, usage costs, invoices, cancellation rights, and refund terms are defined in the applicable written agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, third-party platform and media costs are separate from Republiq service fees.

5. No Performance Guarantee

Lead generation depends on factors outside our control, including the offer, market, budget, channel conditions, buyer behavior, competition, sales capacity, and client follow-up. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, customers, revenue, return on ad spend, or other business outcome unless an authorized written agreement expressly states otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before an engagement. Ownership and permitted use of new campaign assets, systems, data, templates, and deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Each party agrees to use reasonable care with non-public business information received from the other and to use it only for the permitted business purpose, subject to legal disclosure obligations.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may depend on advertising networks, data providers, hosting, CRM, email, calling, messaging, analytics, automation, and other third-party platforms. Their availability, policies, fees, security, and performance are controlled by those providers. We are not responsible for third-party changes or failures outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everflow Capital Group Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website or services. Any additional limitations, exclusions, or remedies for a paid engagement are stated in the applicable written agreement.

9. SMS Messaging Terms

The SMS program is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and authorized to provide the submitted mobile number.

After providing separate, affirmative consent through an optional SMS checkbox, you may receive recurring messages from Everflow Capital Group Inc d/b/a Republiq Agencyaccording to your selection. Marketing messages concern built-for-you lead generation services, educational information, and occasional promotional offers. Transactional and informational messages concern submitted service inquiries, consultation scheduling, onboarding, agency buildout milestones, project-status updates, and customer support. Providing a phone number alone does not grant SMS consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support roles, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Governing Law

Any governing law agreed for paid services will be stated in the applicable written agreement. Otherwise, applicable law governs use of this website and these Terms.
